Tell your friends and family

Tell your friends and family that you're taking part and get them to run with you!

Email everyone a link to your online sponsorship page

Start with family and close friends, who are sure to sponsor you. It's good to have a couple of donations on the page to encourage others.

Join us on Facebook and MySpace

Supporting us on Facebook and MySpace is a fun way to spread the word about our Run 10k events and interact with other Run 10k participants.

On Facebook, you can join our Run 10k group or become a fan of Run 10k. On Myspace, you can add Run 10k as a friend.

Fundraise on Facebook and MySpace

Add fundraising buttons to your profiles on Facebook, MySpace and Bebo. You'll find more information about these in the "Your fundraising pages" tab when you're logged into your online sponsorship page.

Add a link to your email signature

This is an easy way to let people know that you're taking part and get them to sponsor you. Just add a message about your event and a link to your online sponsorship page at the bottom of your email.
