The Executive Board is responsible for the management of the organisation, its scientific research, fundraising, corporate resources and corporate integration.

It sets out the short and long term plans for the organisation and proposes an annual operating budget for approval by the Council of Trustees.

The Executive Board meets monthly to consider items of strategy development and operational management issues. Board meetings are chaired by Harpal Kumar, our Chief Executive. Matters that warrant more in-depth discussion than can be accommodated within the time-constraints of an Executive Board meeting are discussed at six-weekly Executive Strategy Group meetings.
