Train with the Cancer Research UK Running ClubWe have an exciting opportunity for you to run with us in London. Train with the Cancer Research UK Running Club the first Tuesday of every month. The next dates for our Running Club are:
Join us in Regent's Park to pound the pavement together. We will have a running specialist on hand to pass on invaluable training hints and tips, and we'll also be there if you have any fundraising questions. After your runFor at least a few days after your run, you will need to take it easy in order to recover. To aid your recovery go for a nice easy walk each day for a few days. This will help your legs to recover faster and you will feel better for it. After about a week, try to do some running again in order to maintain your fitness levels and make the most of all the hard work you put into your run.
