The London Marriott Business Council is currently supporting two charities, one of which is Cancer Research UK.
Getting guests involved
Associates and guests at over 20 Marriott and Renaissance hotels are raising vital funds for our work. There has been a passionate response from the hotels, with a charity golf day, pink parties for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, raffles, pin badge sales and more.
In the summer, a £1 voluntary donation added to guest bills was a huge success. Hotels also got fully involved in our Britain's Biggest Breakfast fundraising initiative raising much needed money. Marriott chefs promoted Britain's Biggest Breakfast in true style!
Associates have also helped promote our "reduce the risk" messages amongst guests by displaying cancer awareness leaflets at their receptions and health clubs.
